Sean Compton has spent his entire life in the Construction and Real Estate Development business. He is an Alumni of Florida State University Business School where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Real Estate while playing for the Seminole Football Team. After FSU, Sean attained his Masters of Construction Management from The University of Florida before focusing on Construction and Real Estate full time. While building over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial properties, Sean has been a driving force in the Construction and Real Estate industry for the last decade.

Director of property management
An accomplished entrepreneur in real estate and property development, Lizzette brings a deep understanding of mixed-use property development and management to Southern Spear Properties. A key member of the founding team, Lizzette oversees property management operations for Southern Spear. Her unique experience with historical preservation and repurposing makes her an asset to tenants — helping them reimagine how a space can evolve to meet their unique specifications.
When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, and enjoying the pleasures of Chattanooga’s urban outdoor lifestyle.
