Sean Compton
President

Sean Compton has spent his entire life in the construction and real estate development industry. He is an alumnus of Florida State University’s College of Business, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate while playing for the Seminole football team. Sean went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida before focusing on construction and real estate full time.
Over the last decade, Sean has been a driving force in the industry, contributing to the development and construction of more than 10 million square feet of commercial properties. His deep industry knowledge, leadership, and commitment to progress guide the vision and growth of Southern Spear Properties.
Lizzette M. Compton
Director of Real Estate
An accomplished entrepreneur in real estate and property development, Lizzette Compton brings a deep understanding of mixed-use property development and management to Southern Spear Properties. As a key member of the founding team, she oversees all property management operations, ensuring tenants receive attentive, thoughtful, and strategic support.
Lizzette’s unique experience in historical preservation and property repurposing allows her to help tenants reimagine how a space can evolve to meet their specific needs. Her approach balances operational excellence with long-term vision.
Outside of work, Lizzette enjoys spending time with her husband and children while taking advantage of Chattanooga’s vibrant urban outdoor lifestyle.

Under the leadership of Shane Mapoles, Seek Creative drives brand strategy, visual storytelling, and targeted marketing campaigns—ensuring each project is positioned clearly, consistently, and with purpose.
Mapoles is the Founder and Creative Director of Seek Creative — a unique take on a traditional agency focused on producing the highest level of creative with precision and craftsmanship. He has developed a high-energy and fun working culture that pushes his team to be the best at their craft.
Throughout his career, Mapoles has received numerous awards from national organizations such as the American Advertising Awards for branding, design, video production, and more.
